Abstract

|
Cleft hand is a rare congenital anormaly in which there is a defect of the central portion of the hand, due to absence of one or more digit. The condition´ appears in two main types or pattern, typical and atypical. The etiology of the cleft hand remains unknown. But the only widely accepted one is the theory of hereditary character.
We have been experienced one case of cleft hand, right. Operation was done for cosmatic reason rather than to improve function.
We reported our experience and reviewed literature.
